L-shaped plastic mold
The working principle of L-shaped plastic mould is as follows:
1. Feeding: plastic raw materials are added to the barrel of the injection molding machine.
2. Heating and melting: the plastic is melted by heating.
3. Injection molding filling: under the pressure, molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity.
4. Cooling and setting: the plastic is cooled and set quickly by using the cooling system of the mold.
5. demoulding and taking parts: open the mold and take out the molded L-shaped plastic products.
In this process, the design and manufacture of the mold is very important:
1. Cavity and core: determine the shape and size of L-shape.
2. Gate and runner: optimize the flow of plastic melt.
3. Cooling system: control the cooling speed to ensure the product quality.
Its advantages include:
1. Efficient mass production.
2. Complex shapes can be manufactured.
3. The cost is relatively low.
In order to ensure the quality, attention should be paid to:
1. Choose suitable plastic raw materials.
2. Precise control of process parameters.
3. Maintain the mold regularly.
